What brands can I purchase through Sic Apparel Customs?

We carry most of the major brands if you do not see what you are looking for at, our popular product pages check out our design studio /catalog. You are always welcome to give us a call we will gladly help you with finding the right products.

How does pricing work?

All pricing is based on each individual, job. Total cost of jobs depends on many factors such as number of pieces, method of decorating, garments, complex of artwork, turnaround time. We always try our best to work with our customers to find the best cost effective solution to fit there, budgets.

Do you ship order?

Yes, we ship domestically within the United States and we offer direct delivery around New York City and Long Island for specialty rush orders, shipping and delivery charges will be added to your, invoice.

How do I send my artwork?

Artwork files is the most important aspect of starting your job here are some of the ways and formats you can send your files to us should be   high resolution at 300dpi size that you want artwork, to be done at. File Formats (JPEG, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF)

Do I need an appointment?

No, our website is very user friendly to navigate through you can choose your garment and method of decoration upload your own artwork or choose from our stock designs and check out. But we encourage our customers to give us a call or email us so we can get a better understanding of your needs.

Can I supply my own shirts?

Yes, but we do prefer that you purchase your garments through Sic Apparel Customs. If you choose to supply your own shirts, We, will not be responsible for any damages or disfigurations that might occur during production process.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

There are NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on any customized orders.

Errors, Mistakes

In the event that you find something wrong with your order, let us know immediately we allow a window of 48 hours from the time you receive your order to be informed of any errors we are not responsible for items that have already been sold or distributed.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 25% cancellation fee for any orders placed after customers have paid all or a portion of there, bill. Not included in the 25% restocking fee and return shipping for un used merchandise you will be charged for all wasted material.


Sic Apparel Customs does not claim ownership of any photos used on this site, unless noted by us. Photographs on this site are used only for promotional use. We use many past, clients, photographs on our site we do not intend to infringe on the rights of the owners we use photographs for promotional use only. If your photos are being used and you do not wish for us to use them, please contact us and we will remove them promptly.

Also we at Sic Apparel Customs do not illegally produce bootleg garments of any sorts.

Artwork Placement

Artwork placement can be slightly off. We cannot guarantee that each image will be in the exact same place and distance from seams or collars on each individual garment. Note this is not a major issue.

Matching Colors

When digitally printing items colors may vary. Colors look different on every computer screen we do our best to match colors from submitted artwork.
